I love this pastry. To make Eclairs, put the paste in a pastry bag and force through ... /2 to 4 in. long. Bake either Cream Puffs or Eclairs in a hot oven of 400° F. for 35 min. To fill: Allow the Cream Puffs or Eclairs to cool thoroughly. Cut a slit in the side of each and put filling

I am so in awe of anyone who makes their own puff pastry. I have thought I would like to try it a few times in my life, but talked myself out of it. Besides I am too hot blooded my hands are never cold, which is not always a blessing ;-) Beautiful photos!

I just made some puff pastry today. It's from Nick Malgeri's cookbook Modern Baker. It's called instant puff pastry and you make it in the food processor. It was so simple and turned out great. Love your pics, especially the olive oil macarons.

Breath-taking photos! Seriously lovely pastries, both in composition and presentation. I've still made puff pastry only once, but you're tempting me to give it another go...

The apple tart looks amazing! And I love all your little cake stands! (I have a weakness for cake stands). This is the year I'm trying my hand at puff pastry. Thanks for adding to my research!
