I like you step by step instructions on how to cut up a chicken. I have never soaked my chicken before I cooked it. This will be a first for me. I can’t wait to try it. Thanks.

Fried chicken is one of those dishes that just screams "summer", but it's usually greasy, or cold, or flavorless. This chicken looks like none of those things. Will I make it? Probably not. But I'll dream about it….

Why are your chickens so spotless? I've tried cutting up chickens and beyond incompetence, they have unappealing red spots all over.
