Beignet Day is in danger. The early morning crowd on Wednesday has been dropping off. I promised Chef Nate I would try to create a panic to scare up some business.

Veron for whatever reason we didn't have any this last trip to New Orleans. However, the hotel we stayed at gave dad a mix which he wanted to try when I showed it to me. Mixes just don't do it. Now we need another trip to New Orleans!
