		<description>&lt;p&gt;Hmmmmm...I love Biscotti! Nothing waters my mouth like a good biscotti and a good cup of coffee or espresso. These chocolate ones are so yummy and flavorful. Now I can stay home and enjoy both instead of going to Starbucks or .... I wonder if I can talk my wife into making Chocolate-Hazelnut biscotti!!!&lt;/p&gt;

		<description>&lt;p&gt;Looks like it came out perfectly.   When I was growing up, our neighbor had a recipe for Anisette Biscotti that used 6 eggs.  It created a very cake-like biscotti that spread more in the pan and resulted in longer cookies.  The difference was no nuts or chocolate chunks so it would also rise easier. I&#039;ll post the actually recipe for the holiday season eventually, but wanted you to know you could probably get away with a few more eggs!  &lt;/p&gt;
